Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, in cases where a refund is applicable, the following terms apply:
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team along with proof of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their order or requested service within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund to be processed and transferred.
- Cancellation requests after the 24-hour window may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
