Delivery Policy
At Sarah Ali Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently through our trusted delivery partner, Zajel. We aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers, both within the UAE and internationally where applicable.
Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped via Zajel Courier Services.
- Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframe
- Within UAE: Delivery typically takes 1 – 2 working days.
- International Shipping: If applicable, delivery may take 4 – 10 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Delivery Charges
- Within UAE: A flat delivery fee of AED 10 will be applied to all orders.
- Outside UAE: Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.
Delivery Confirmation
- All deliveries require a signature from the customer or recipient as proof of receipt.
- Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid any delays.
Multiple Shipments
- Some items in your order may be shipped separately depending on availability and packaging constraints.
- Note: Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to your cardholder statement.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
- Sarah Ali Pharmacy is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
